Professional accreditation

Decision Architect
Certified™

An accreditation for professionals who deploy decision-governance systems - not a training badge. Certification validates implementation capability, not opinion.

What certification changes

For professionals who deploy the system for clients.

This is not a question of credentials. It is a question of what you deliver - and what continues to work after you are gone.

Without StratIQ certification
  • You diagnose governance problems.
  • You recommend improvements.
  • You leave behind a report.
  • The system does not continue without your presence.
  • Every engagement starts from scratch - terminology, deliverables, and protocols.
With StratIQ certification
  • You deploy infrastructure that holds up without you.
  • You deliver named, defensible artifacts to the executive committee.
  • You speak one standardized language from one deployment to the next.
  • You access proprietary StratIQ protocols and deliverables.
  • You join a network of certified practitioners.
Validated competencies

What certified practitioners know how to deploy.

Certification validates the ability to produce defensible deliverables - not to recite a method.

Arbitration
Strategic arbitration
Explicit criteria, compared scenarios, documented trade-offs. Compression of priorities. Formalized exclusions. Deliverable: Strategic Arbitration Brief™.
Allocation
Capital allocation discipline
Budget → priority → hypothesis → owner → horizon. Exit thresholds defined before commitment. Deliverable: Capital Allocation Blueprint™.
Validation
Profit validation
Breakeven, margin exposure, ROI stress tests, and dynamic P&L logic. Stop/continue logic. Deliverable: Profit Validation Report™.
Governance
Governance cadence
Installation of a review loop with reallocation authority, review triggers, a Decision Log™, and the Governance Loop Protocol™.
Traceability
Decision documentation
Auditable artifacts. Rationale, hypotheses, and thresholds documented for every decision. Format defensible in the boardroom.
Deployment
Implementation sequencing
The three phases of StratIQ deployment. Clear transition criteria. Management of executive resistance. Institutional adoption.
Structured levels

Three levels of implementation maturity.

Levels describe what you know how to deploy - not what you have read.

Level 1
Practitioner
Masters the core logic of the system. Produces the three standard executive deliverables in a direct deployment context.
Required: one full supervised deployment across Phase 01 and Phase 02.
Level 2
Advanced
Leads cross-functional deployments. Manages scenario-based arbitrations under complex organizational constraints. Trains internal teams.
Required: two validated Level 1 deployments plus peer review.
Level 3
Enterprise Lead
Deploys governance cadence at scale. Ensures institutional adoption. Certifies other practitioners inside the organization.
Required: two Level 2 deployments plus a 12+ month cadence commitment.
Institutional standard

Code of practice.

What makes certification defensible: non-negotiable rules for how the system is deployed.

Rule 01
Stable language
Key terms and deliverable names remain consistent across deployments. No practitioner renames system components.
Rule 02
Mandatory traceability
Arbitration, assumptions, and review triggers are documented with every decision. No deployment without a Decision Log™.
Rule 03
Validation before commitment
Profit validation comes before capital commitment - always. A certified practitioner does not bypass that sequence, no matter the pressure.
